Terms & Conditions
In order to purchase goods online, you must hold a valid debit or credit card. You should confirm that the information you supply to our website is accurate and complete and relates specifically to you, the customer. You must agree not to use or copy anyone else’s identity, or a name which you are not authorised to use. By using our site, you will agree to be bound by the terms.
We may change the terms and conditions from time to time, at our discretion. Using the website after changes have been made will mean that you have agreed to accept the new changes.
Placing an order
By placing your order you have agreed to pay the price as stated, you will then receive a confirmation email from us stating your order has been received and confirmed. This email is your ticket. Please print it off and bring it along on the day or admission may be refused.
We may not accept your order if:
The item ordered is out of stock or fully booked.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
We find a product or pricing error.
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time, at our sole discretion.

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will either cancel your order or seek payment by an alternative method. If this should result in a delay in dispatching your tickets or refusal of admission, we cannot be held responsible.
Payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, Laser. We do not hold your debit/credit card details on the website or our customer database. Payment processing is carried out by Realex Payments for peace of mind and security We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Under no circumstances however can we be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. By placing an order to agree fully to the terms and conditions.
All tickets are delivered via Email. Please print this email as it contains official tracking numbers used on the day. Failure to produce this on the day may result in entry being refused
All tours taken at customers own risk. Hidden Dublin Walks accepts no responsibility for personal injury, theft or harm of any nature, ON ANY PART OF THE TOUR OR AT ANY LOCATION, and reserves the right at all times to refuse admission, change, or cancel an event. By attending the events, you confirm that you are of suitable mental and physical health. All ticket sales are final. Walking tours may be rescheduled at the discretion of staff. All tour tickets purchased online are delivered via email as soon as payment is confirmed. Hidden Dublin Walks Ltd do not share your details with any third party. All payment procesisng is securely carried out on Realex servers for your security and total peace of mind.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Cancelations
All ticket sales are final. Once a bus tour is booked, it's date cannot be changed. All ticket sales are however fully transferrable however to another name at no cost. A full refund may be obtained at the sole discretion of the company and on a case by case basis, and depnding on the tour type at any time.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under this AGREEMENT.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this agreement that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including failure of public or private telecommunications and transport networks.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under this agreement: Our obligations under this AGREEMENT will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
Passing of Property and Risk
We grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of the Website. Please note that you may not copy any portion of the website without prior written consent which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.
You are granted a limited revocable and non-exclusive right to create a link to the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. We may at our discretion request that you remove any link to the website, and upon receiving such request you shall immediately remove such a link.
Any unauthorised use by you of the Website terminates the limited licence set forth in this section without prejudice to any other remedy we may have provided by the law.

We are not responsible for the content of any offsite websites linked to or from our Website. Links appearing on our website are for convenience and not an endorsement by us. Any purchase or refund made on this website will be subject to Irish Law and you shall agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

(v) Infringement or misappropriation by the User, or a third party using the User's computer, of any account or password to access and/or use the Services;
(vi) Any infringement by the User of any intellectual property rights of any person or entity
(vii) Use or misuse by the User or third parties of the User's passwords or accounts.
Hidden Dublin Walks has no obligation to monitor the Site, but reserves the right to do so and to remove any Content or Material at its sole discretion at any time without notice.
